weight loss?

so - how is everyone planning on getting rid of the baby/pregnancy weight?

I'm planning on going back on weight watchers - anyone else?

Baby is 9 days old and I am within 9 pounds of my pre-PG weight. And I'm eating non-stop, so I have no idea how that happened, except I didn't gain a lot of weight to bewgin with during this PG (around 27 pounds).

at this point (5 wks post c-section) we are doing lots and lots of walking. usually with the sling, which burns even more calories! after next week i am cleared to do whatever i please so i think i will start running again before it gets too cold. then start skiing again. and hopefully some yoga too, if we can afford it.

so far so good i guess on the actual weight issue... though i am less worried about the number and more focused on getting back in shape. i am about 8 lbs from pre preg weight but lost lots of muscle over those last months, so who knows what that number means really.

can't wait to really get moving again.

Lily is 6 days old and I am 20lbs above my Pre-preg weight . Hoping next week will look better. After 1 month at home, DD will be going to daycare for 3 hours each am (really just so she can play with her buds ). I will start walking then, at least 3 miles a day.

Baby is 15 days I'm down 25 but I'm still about 20 above pre-preg weight. I gained the most ever this time. I only gained 17 with #1 and 23 with #2. I started a lot more fit this time and it seems like my body just had to get up to where it did with the others because it maxed out at the same exact weight for all three kids.

I've got walking DVDs that I'm going to start this week and work my way back into the FIRM DVDs that I was doing before morning sickness "killed" my desire to work out.

dd is 18 days old and i only dared step on the scale yesterday. I was at my pre-preg weight!!!???? (stepped on this morn and it was up 3 lbs ) i still want to loose another 10-15 lbs from before anyways so i am hoping that keeping my eating in check (after ds i just ate way to much even when he stopped bf) though that goal isn't being met yet....m&m's, moon pies, rice krispie treats, not cooking are really what i am drawn too!!

i am going to try and take walks with the kids, ds will have a chance to burn energy and i hope to make myself a little halthier. i have never been one to stick to an excersize program though so i have to "work out" by thinking i am not working out!

I'ma few pounds below pre-preg weight at 13 days PP...

other than walking, babywearing and yoga I have no plans.

after that we'll talk

I can't wait to run, do a spin class, hop on the eliptical etc though...
