And that bottle will last you... years and years. I still have the same bottle from 4.5 years ago and it's barely 1/2 way through (and this is with major thrush issues 3 kids going).

my natropath has me washing my nipples with very diluted GSE and upping the acidopholis, it seems to be working

my symptoms are very off and on... one day i think "oh, we're kicking this thing" and the next day it's the same ole stinging and shooting pains. isa's tongue looks better (though I am not sure she was really ever symptomatic to begin with). overall i think i am feeling better but i am not sure. i did the vingar washes on my nipples for over a week, plus the nystatin drops for her. i am taking acidophilus now too, so maybe that helps. not sure where we stand... hhmmm. :
