Water, water, everywhere...

For a moment we thought things might start happening. I was fixing Dh a glass of (ironically) water when my water gushed like a tipped pot and soaked my pants and underwear. Then, nothing. No contractions, no more water, and definitely no baby.

Hmmph! :

Maybe I should go run a few laps around the neighborhood.

good luck mama! My water broke with my last one, and I wasn't having any contractions to speak of and just took my time getting to the hospital-but by the time I got there I was 6cm dilated and cxts were 3-4 minutes apart LOL-but they didn't hurt even then.........wishing you a quick and blissful labor

Wow, how exciting. I hope things get going for you soon, although I'd suggest skipping the run & just relax. Save that energy for labor!!
