Sometime early this a.m. I rolled over in bed and my entire lower back popped-at least 10-11 cracks And let me tell you ladies-I feel so much better now...........oh, I have to say that is the best thing that has happened to me in some time now. I feel so much more rested and relaxed, and I can walk without pain! YEAH! Now, if it will stay in place until after baby arrives I will be in heaven

That's great Mama! I am having daily Chiropractor fantasies...but I'm gonna wait until at least 2 weeks PP. Lily was nice enough to crack 3 places in my lower back on her way out of the birth canal...but my hips are still pretty wacky.

Mine does that all the time. the only problem with it happening so often is that soemtimes it pop in & other times it pops out of place : Such a wonderful feeling when it goes where it should though AHHHH :
