Still preg? When were/are you due?

I was due on 9/17, based on conception & today I am 41w3d pregnant. I am curious how many of us that are left are 'overdue' & how many are still waiting for that seemingly meaningless date I know we shouldn't put too much stock in this 'magic' date but I am curious where everyone stands.

Either way BIG mamas!! We'll get there eventually!!!

still waiting.........40+5 here (of course, doc says 40+2, but that is nitpicking-I know conception date LOL). Unforunately, I only have until 41 weeks before they start pushing induction on me

well...I'm due now I would say. My last babies were:

#1~born on the full moon (day before EDD)
#2~born on the full moon (gel induced 12 days past Edd)
#3~ born 3 days before full moon (8 days past EDD)

So, since it seems to be a trend with me to birth on a waxing/full moon I would say between the 3rd and the 7th(full moon) of October.
According to U/S I was due on the 20th, doc suggested 23rd, I figured 27th by length of cycle and LMP, but after researching my connection with the moon cycles I'm thinking more the 3rd (which was actually my first guess back in Jan.) That will put me somewhere between 42w 3d and 41w3d past EDD, depending on which one your counting. I have always connected deeply with Lunar cycles so it makes sense that that would continue through here. We'll see

Love these threads...for whatever reason they make me feel close to all of you in the same boat.

I was due 9/22 by conception ( I fudged the date of my LMP for the dr so I wouldn't run up against an artificial timeline.)

DS was born on his EDD by conception (5 days after the doctor's since I didn't lie about the date about my LMP that time around.)

I am getting so anxious...midwife appt. yesterday went well. If I don't have the baby by Friday, I have to have a NST. Apparently they don't get really pushy about induction until 42+ weeks. I feel like baby is really big now- midwife guessed high 8lbs at this point- DS was 8lbs 4oz on his due date...bring it on, I know I can birth a big baby (even though I am a pretty small person)- and I can't wait to have the pleasure of doing so!

My mom is visiting us this evening through Sunday, so I'm hoping her own mama vibes will be just what we need to get the ball rolling.

*sigh* well I was due on the 25th according to scan dates. So I'm only 40+3days at this point but I really did think she would be here by now *stamps foot*. I think I'm just impatient

I was due on the 16th, I am 41+5d but maybe the calculation is wrong, dont know...I have my midwives apt today, I am interested in seeing if they will want to induce . They had me do a sonogram 4 days ago and everything was fine and estimated baby at about 8 lbs. I feel really good (except for insomnia) and relaxed. We are excited to see him though!

I am so glad I checked the site this morning. I am not due until Friday but I am not anticipating having this baby on time. It is nice to see I am not the only one who isn't "on time". Thanks for the support. Most people look at me like I am crazy for not having an induction already scheduled and my attitude of when this baby is ready to come out, he will.

I am due now! 40w1d (edd was yesterday), but DD came at 42w5d so I'm not overly hopeful!

I think I may be leaving the group soon I kept waking up to painful cxts and am very crampy.........and had "show" this a.m. of course, I don't expect it to go too fast since baby seems to be posterior

My EDD was 9/26 so that makes me 40w2d....had an appointment yesterday still 2 cm as last appointment. It really hurted when she checked me...I was almost in tears, if this is how labor feels I believe I may have to go against my will and have an epidural. Is it normally painful when they check to see how far you've dilated? She told me thats how a labor pain will feel..well if he doesn't come out this weekend which it doesn't seem like, I'll have to go to the doc on monday for another BPP and they'll schedule an induction for Wednesday

That doesn't seem to make sense to me to compare the feeling of a VE to that of a contraction! Checking the cervix can hurt, especially if it is still posterior. Do you know where yours is? Not to mention having fingers stuck in it to assess dilation doesn't feel pretty either!

Is there any reason they're wanting to induce you so early?

Um... it sounds like she stripped your membranes without your permission. A check shouldnt hurt that much.
