a couple of months ago my dd (who is 16mo now) started getting occasional single "pimples". they are bright red and she had them on her legs, arms and face at different times. at first it seemed just random and "nothing", but now I am becoming worried.
my mil is sure that this cannot be from a food allergy. she thinks that if it was a food allegry, dd would get something "bigger" like more pimples then just 1 or 2 or a large area of skin would get affected. mil thinks that something like dd has is a sign that the allergen is in her environment.
is that so? is it not possible to just have 1 or 2 pimples from a food allergy? I have been very cautious with dds solids and have not noticed the pimples when any new foods were introduced. how do I figure it out? i am absolutely clueless about allergies.
