I've tried it. Honestly, doubt it worked but its really good tea. I bought a bunch of it and keep it a gallon container in the fridge. Its a nice alternative ice tea.

I love this tea. I was a little skeptical to try it out, but once I started using it and seeing that it really does work I was thrilled. I definitely recommend it!

the taste was okay it did help but definately not as much as eating oatmeal works for me. i got the mocha caramel or something like that. its actually been a long while since i tried it. i'd rather drink mother's milk
