I can't believe she's comparing circumcision to prevent sex aquired HIV---in a country where mere access to condoms is virtually non-existant---to witholding a drug to stop hemorrhaging during childbirth. An intact man is NOT in immediate danger just because he posesses a foreskin; HIV isn't an issue of chance, in most cases it's an issue of behavior and making healthier choices.

Not to mention that drug is not the only thing those women need . I think it helps to compare it to childbirth so that women get scared and do it to their boys. Not to many moms want to think rationally with pregnancy, birth and circ in the first place, so scare tactics are naturally the way to go.
