It's not up for discussion on these boards.

From the sticky - Guidelines for posting in the Case Against Circumcision forum :

" The discussion of religious circumcision is outside of the scope of this forum. Posts which discuss or debate the religious aspects of circumcision will be removed from this forum. Those discussions can be hosted in the Religious Studies forum which is a subforum of Spirituality. We do maintain a list of websites in our Web Resources thread for further information on religious issues."

I feel it's just as bad as circ'ing for any other reasons parents come up with. Circ'ing for your religion is forcing your religion on a child (permanently). At least when a child gets baptised....they can always walk away from the religion if they want. A Jewish/Muslim boy will be stuck with a circ'ed penis. Anyway, that's how I feel.

As has been discussed, this forum does not host discussions of religious circumcision. One may discuss that topic in the Religious Studies forum.
