travel with infant to new zealand and australia

We are planning on going to new zealand and australia in about 2 years and I always delay my vac until one year or more and seperate them but I plan on having another baby by then and will probably be traveling with an infant under a year. Does anyone know what vacs I might need or how to research this? as well as do my children need to be upto date to go to other countries?
I am just wondering if I need to worry about traveling with an unvaxed infant fully breastfed? or if those countries are similar enough to the us that the rate of infection for most of these deseases are rare? If any one has a link for any of these questions or have gone abroad with an infant I would welcome any advice.
thanks

There are several aussies and a couple from NZ who post here.
From what I can tell they're pretty much the same as the US and Canada as far as the threat of disease goes.

There are very few countries that require vaccinations for travel. Neither NZ or Australia do.

you can travel with unvaccinated children there without problem.

I am from new zealand, born and raised there.

you should have absolutly no problems traveling to either location without vaxes.

I recently took my (then 9 mo ol) DD to NZ and Australia. No-one even mentioned immunizations at any stage. She got a wicked cold/cough that lingered for almost the three weeks we were there, but I blame "plane germs" for that! (and when I say wicked, I mean she had a runny nose and a cough - she's really never sick so I have fairly low standards! )

I am in Australia, I don't vax my family, and know quite a few the same. Colds and flu probably the worst thing you would catch over here, but you never know. Don't sue me if you contract some weird bizarre new thing
We don't even have rabies and such things.

Fully breastfeeding your infant will be more than sufficient for down here.

Yay, more people come visit us!
