When I was teaching, I remember that my eyes were always drawn to buttons/patches/stickers on my students' backpacks. A great idea for anyone who carries a backpack would be to put a sticker/button/patch about circumcision on there...there would be a lot of exposure...your classmates, teachers, people in hall, other workers at the school, etc!
