8mon with 7 teeth and grinding, help

HI my 8 month son grinds his teeth together during the day. This is our first child so we have no idea what to expect. He has seven teeth 4 on top and 3 on the bottom.Has anyone experienced this or have any advice. thanks

My kids didn't do this, but I think it is not uncommon. I have heard that it is something some kids do when they have teething pain. I have a friend whose 3 children all did it. They grew out of it, if it helps to know that. Hope your little one isn't suffering too much.

totally normal when new teeth comming in and in adults missing teeth or elderly people (think that side to side motion with people who have no teeth)
nasty sounding though eh?
