So, it's not likely I'll be doing much more today. I exercised before eating today. Then I ended up not having enough time to eat before having to run to the doc's office for some bad pains and a lump in my abdomen. Now, here I sit and cannot eat or drink anything for the rest of the day because I have to have a Gallbladder ultrasound at 4.
Moral of the story is, DON'T SKIP MEALS!
Ya never know when you might be able to eat again.
I made it, but I had to skip the hoop 'cause I ate some chili. Not a good mix.
