Help. I hurt, I have a werid cycle, help.

Two questions, easy one first...
1) Have you ever had AF cramps that were more like bad lower back pain? Almost as if you threw your back out kind of pain?

2) Now, I went off the shot in April and got my first period in August and then another last month that was very long and, apparently, is still happening.

I had my period for over a week, it faded and I spotted, and then I saw yesterday it looks like my period is back. Here is the werid part........yesterday it was like it was very very creamy pink and red discharge. But it was heavy enough to where I personally wouldn't call it spotting (maybe I should?). Today, globs are coming out, fairly small but still globs, very much like if you lose your plug. Very mucousy, but it's all very constant and bright red tinged, enough to where again I charted as having "light" flow rather than spotting.

BUT I've never had anythign like this past two days and I really have no idea what the heck it is. But it's very weird. Any insight?

I'm sorry you're feeling bad Whenever I have a longer cycle, my period is always a lot heavier and a *lot* crampier. I think it's because the lining has more time to build up so there's just a lot more of it. I don't know what the creamy red/pink stuff is.. never had that before. Hope you get a break from it soon

I've had various of the symptoms you are talking about- for me it was all related to hormone imbalances.

It sounds like your body is still recovering from hormonal bc- I would definately start taking a B complex and B6 vitamins- they help regulate horomones. You might also want to seek accupuncture.
