Is coverline temp typically fairly consistent from cyle to cycle?

Hi,
Well, the title says it all.

FF has given me a lower coverline than typical, but I think it's due to having some missing temps. I think that if it's safe to say that I can move my coverline, then it will change my O date, which affects my EDD. What do you think?? TIA!

My coverline is usually pretty consistant. It can vary, but in my experience it's generally with in .1 either way. To me, it looks like you probably ovulated on CD 21 or 22 with a coverline of 97.8. Will two days really effect your EDD that much - it's just an estimate, right?

I have found that if I don't have a temp in a critical area it will mess with FF. You can try putting in 97.7 (or what ever the exact temp the day before is) to see what it says.. I know it's "chart padding" but it should help the program to agree with you if you want to play with it a little bit instead of just over riding.

Is that a BFP chart? looks like it to me, congrats!

Yes, bfp! ! Thanks! You're right, two days are not significant, but I just want to make my EDD as late as possible to avoid the "no baby YET?" questions! I will try the padding idea, thx!

switch the tuner from 'advanced' to fertility awareness

Whoa! That's awesome! It pushed O date three days later...and puts EDD at my b-day! Also it may make DH feel a little better as it is now 3 days after the end of his semester. He's a HS teacher and was a little concerned about missing finals. I know, this is all a little silly since Baby doesn't read FF or care about Advanced vs FAM. FWIW DS came 1 day before EDD (based on FAM). Thanks a lot for your help.

I don't even know why I read this post (no offense OP), but Texas Peach, thanks for that advice. I just did that with my FF chart, and it actually gave me a dotted line cross hair. For advanced it wouldn't even venture a guess! This now gives me a little something to work with!!!

Thanks OP, I never would have known this had you not posted!
