The RRL tea was just enough, in my opinion, to get me "over the hump" and get my uterus *really* contracting so it could push him down and out.

Also, I have heard that you can use Evening Primrose capsules as vaginal suppositories to ripen the cervix. Not sure if blue and black cohosh are safe as I have heard conflicting information, but I know some people who have tried it to get labor going also.
