Hang in there, Sarita.
You must have made a very comfortable little place for that baby to hang out.
We took the whole brood to the state fair on Tuesday and we all had a BLAST. I was so surprised that all the kids were good, and I didn't get tired from all the walking. We had a wheelchair, a stroller, and a wagon and we took our nurse with us for extra help. (I'm sure we were an interesting group to watch!) Crystal went on some crazy scary rides and I am SO proud of her! We got to the fair at about 1pm and stayed until 9pm!!!
Then we went to the lake yesterday and took C, Z, and J and left K here with our nurse. The weather is cooling off here but it was still gorgeous out on the lake and VERY relaxing! I never want to leave whenever I go... We spent the first half of the day on the beach eating lunch and letting the kids dig in the sand, and then we took a ride on the boat and just kind of floated around a little bit. We were just chillin' in the middle of the lake when four ducks flew over to us and swam around the boat. It was a male and three females, I guess ducks are polygamists?
Anyway, we started throwing little pieces of wheat crackers to the ducks and I stuck my hand out to see if they would take it and they did! So the kids got to lean over the side of the boat and feed the duckies by hand. It was very cool! We finally forced ourselves to go home when the sun went down and it got very cool out on the water! (We hadn't packed any jackets.)
Anyway, things have been going well here I guess. Hope everyone else is doing great.
