How can I increase my milk supply?

A week ago, my 8 1/2 month old daughter stopped nursing totally, turns out she has an ear infection and it was to painful for her to lay down and nurse. She's almost done her antibiotics and she is definately feeling better, but she still won't nurse. She's been drinking formula out of a sippy cup (won't take a bottle). I've been pumping but my milk supply is getting very low. I'm just wondering if you ladies have any suggestions on how to get my milk supply back up. I'm hoping that Bethany will start nursing again, but if she doesn't, I still want to give her breastmilk. Thanks.

I have been trying to up my supple a little, so I can pump more while I am at work. I have been taking fenugreek and alfalfa, and pumped a little better, about 8-9 oz. in two sessions. Last week, I made oatmeal cookies, and to be honest, ate more then my fair share, and pumped 11 oz. I tested it again yesterday, and pumped 11.5.

Now I'm looking for a good, lowfat oatmeal cookie recipe! Try it!

please share the recipe if you find one! I eat oatmeal once a day, but have to increase it!
