So i started more milk plus to increase supplyon monday, on tuesda-thursday was knocked out with stomach flu, then got AF. : I really dont believe how cruel life is at times. Now, I restarted MMP and just started goats rue. When should I notice an increase? i also have fenugreek and blessed thistle caps, but thought i would start that after the mmp is gone. I also bought some Breastea, i posted before, only one person responded that they tryed it and didnt have good results. I dont knowif that is too much if i drink that at the same time. any thoughts

Goats rue is usually 15g of herb to 500ml water for infusions, or take up to 2 ml tincture per dose. Or are you taking caps form?
these are the herbs you can combine with this: gennel, dill, fenugreek and milk thistle.
Taking too much? here are the listed cautions:
Fennel is a uterine stimulant, so is avoided in high doses in pregnancy,
Fenugreek is a uterine stimulant so is avoided in pregnancy. (it is also a hypoglycemic so diabetics should use with caution)
other than that, all should be ok.

most herbs start working in 12 to 36 hours. You should be noticing a difference at least in 24. The flu has you down a lot so are you taking extra vit C? or if not in 'pill' form, you can use rose hips in a tea for extra c, and eat foods high in Vit. C. You need a lot of rest and fluids if you were sick, and patience...your body is trying to get better after being sick, even if you 'feel' better. Keep going, it will happen.

Milk thistle is the same as blessed thistle. They are from the family Compositae. The species name is Silybum marianum. But are basically the same.
