Serving in Iraq and Fertility/Birth Problems

I am posting this thread in two places - here in Birth and Beyond and also in Fertility:

I am curious if anyone whose partner (or themselves) has served in Iraq during the war has had trouble with fertility, miscarriage, birth defects, or other abnormalities.

I certainly hope the answer is no, but I have been reading some studies and information. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or suspected this?

I served in Iraq, and roughly 8 months later got pregnant. I miscarried three months after that.. it could be from my deployment, but I was also under a MASSIVE amount of stress, up to and including a boyfriend (and baby's father) who was trying to force me to have an abortion. So, I'm not sure the cause.
