Every mom who has multiples...reach over & pat yourself on the back. That's from me. I don't know how you do it. Friday I babysat a 9 month old & had her again a couple hrs. this AM. My DD is 6 months old. I can't do it. I just can't. It's...it's...I dunno! I'm just not 1/2 the mama y'all are. Right now I am feeling SO much respect for MOM's...I think I'm losing my mind, you're awesome. OK.../endrant.

So, uh, again...you rock...here, have some balloons, on me!

Aww, thanks! : And if it makes you feel any better, I lose my mind at least once a day.

That's very sweet. Personally I find my babies a breeze to care for, it's my older kids that drive me nuts

I found my niece to be way more work than my boys! I guess every child is different!

Yeah...I'm pretty worried about "doing it" I tool care of my girlfriends DS when my DD was 9 months (theya re 5 motnhs apart) i was sooooooo relieved when she came back iw sa loosing my mind. I figured "This is why God doesn't space babies 5 months apart." I hope I can handle twins - I may be totally loosing my mind!

I think you do great. You will probably both handle twins well and lose your mind, if you are like most of us.

Twins, IMO, are much easier to handle than two non-sibs that are very close in age. The twins are used to being around each other, plus they are both yours so you can communicate much more easily. Its really a huge difference. Once you get used to double baby duty, it really is just second nature. (Or third, if you have trips )

thanks! that's very nice of you. If it makes you feel better, we have good days and bad days..and some days are a blurrrr.:

It takes some getting used to. You will do fine. An occasional "I am losing my mind" moment is par for the course, We are only human and we can't be perfect.

Yes, with a 'HN' first child I feel like it prepared me for my respectively 'mellow' twins.
