what do you think??

I think I already know the answer but just wondering if this is a normal experience?

I am 5w5d based on my last period which was 8/29. I got a faint positive on Sept 29 and on Oct 4th got a nice dark positive in like 15 seconds. This coincided with the health department getting a negative urine test :

I spotted brown blood on Wed and Thur and it stopped. Then on Sat I spotted some pinkish red blood and went to the hospital to get some answers. My hcg was only 254 so that isn't good but no more spotting or blood. With my m/c earlier this year once I started bleeding it never stopped. The bleeding was light and lasted for about 7 weeks and the baby died about halfway through that and after 7 weeks the sac came out bloodlessly and painlessly. Is it normal to just stop bleeding and not have any pain? With my number so low it would seem like I should keep bleeding...kinda more like a period. Would it be wrong to be hopeful that maybe I ovulated late and that things could still be ok?

Unfortunately I have no insurance and no money so I don't have the luxury of just going back to the doctor. I guess last night I was resigned to well it happened again I am m/c and I am just acting like I am no longer pregnant but would I be wrong to be doing that? I just hate not being able to find out what is really going on and why once again after having 2 healthy pregnancies I can get pregnant but can't seem to get past the 5/6 week mark w/o bleeding and m/c.

I don't have any answers for you, since I've never gone through this, but I wanted to send you some hugs and support. I'm hoping this one works out for you and for baby!

Hugs mama...

When I was pregnant with dd I bled every month (around my regular AF time) till the end of my second trimester. It wasa total emotional roller coaster but...dd is now 18 months and running around the living room as I type this. So while bleeding during pregnancy is never "good", it isn't always "bad".

I know it's really hard to believe that, especially when you've lost a pregnancy in the past, but please try to take care of yourself and hang in there. It may not be what you're fearing.

I know you don't have health care right now...is there a free pregnancy clinic or medicare type insurance you might qualify for? In some states any pregnant woman without insurance can qualify for pregnancy related coverage.

finger's crossed for you...
