cant recall which one I need for relactating!!

It seems like I previously took Milk Thistle, but now i am being told to take Blessed Thistle..

help my brain please

It's definitely blessed thistle and it works great when taken with fenugreek. Both three 300-350 mg capsules 3X daily. HTH!
