I won't post contact information here, but you can easily look it up by going to networksolutions.com, clicking on the WHOIS link down towards the bottom, and typing in birthlove.com - it provides technical contact, including an e-mail address, although the e-mail address provided is a birthlove.com address, and the IP address currently assigned to birthlove.com is 220.127.116.11, which is wrong. So I'm guessing e-mail won't get there.
As for hacking... Websites chosen by hackers are not usually chosen based on content, but instead are chosen based on how easy it is to hack them. For example, if they're running a particular piece of software (content management system, bulletin board, etc.) and that software hasn't been updated for the latest security fixes, hackers will look for sites running that version of the software and hack it.
