Losing milk, herbs and pregnancy?

I have been slowly losing my breastmilk with a second pg, only my DD is only 5 months. Up until three weeks ago she was exclusively bf. I would like if at all possible to get back to that, however, other than oatmeal and alfalfa, nothing seems to be able to be taken during pregnancy. ( 16 weeks along)

I pump, we use a SFS, drink lots of water, but it's still not enough to bring the supply up to what she needs.

Is there anything else? Is it now safe to take fennel is small doses? (My reading on this herb was unclear- is it only bad for the newly pg?) Is my desire to go back to exclusive bfing resonable while pg? :

Any suggestions please!
