It's getting cold out and Jacob (turns 5 in Jan) really needs a way to release the massive amount of physical energy he has. I got some comments from both my mil and his church teacher implying he has ADD and having read up on it some I really have to dissagree with them. But he does have a lot of energy and sitting still for a long time is not easy. I think he is restless, bored and trying to get attention.I also think he gets a little overwhelmed in groups of large people, he just wants to play and is unsure of himself. I was thinking of getting some kids excercise and dance videos that we could play on our computer. I came across this one http://www.fitnessbeginnings.com/cre...ement-dvd.html The props would be cheap and I bet both kids would enjoy it. What do you think?
