I sent my application in today!

I just had to share. Some of the Montessori mamas/teachers here may remember that I was thinking about AMI training. Well, I sent my application to Loyola today and if they accept me, my family and I will be moving 3000 miles to Maryland next summer so that I can be a Montessori teacher. : that my work/daughter's school decides to sponsor me!

How exciting! You are going to love it!!!
I enjoyed my time at Loyola, though I was only there about 3 weeks. The campus was just beautiful, lots of nice anemities and a great library! There are many fun things to do in Baltimore, too.
Do they have a program for your dc to attend while you are training?

The campus that I'll be attending is in Columbia, not the main one in Baltimore. I went to visit and it is a beautiful new facility, I'm so excited. They unfortunately don't have an affiliated program for kids to attend. But there are a bunch of AMI and AMS schools there, so hopefully I'll be able to find a nice one that isn't too outrageously expensive for my kids to attend.
