I started a new weekly thread, I hope nobody minds!

How is everyone feeling? I am nausea, more so than usual today!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Really tired, but I think that's because my son has been waking at 5 am. No real nausea yet except if I let my stomach get too empty, which by the way it seems to be every hour no matter how much food I put into it. Food just zips right through me.

My skin and hair is really greasy, which happened with DS, too. I have awful acne.

My tummy has definately grown in a matter of days. I took a pic last week and then again yesterday and it's a very big difference.

I'm doing ok. The nausea has gotten stronger and I've come dangerously close the throwing up a few times in the last few days. My belly has also grown. There is a definate bump there. I can't believe I'm sporting a bump at less than 7 weeks pregnant I think I'll be making the full transition into maternity clothes this weekend.

no real nausea yet but then i can't remember when it started with dd, when did yours start those that are feeling icky?
I am tired and my skin is bad, funny enough with dd it was great

Also feeling a little more nausea. My husband had to bring me rice crackers before I could get out of bed this morning. Brushing my teeth makes me gag and wretch like crazy. And I have no energy, and no interest in food. The crampiness that I was feeling seems to have subsided mostly, although I still feel bloated. I had a weird, very dull pain on my right side that was FREAKING me out this weekend, but I haven't noticed it this week--hooray!

Also, my hair is very dry and falling out in handfuls. When does the shiny, pretty pregnancy hair kick in?

I can't believe it either! I feel bloated but I am only 4 weeks so I am a couple weeks behind!

I know!!! I'm right there with you. My body hasn't had much time in between- I am fully prepared to be wearing maternity soon.

Nausea here. Not pukey-sick, just icky-feeling now and then. In fact, I think I've already had more nausea with this pgcy than my entire 9 mos. with DS...I just never felt sick with him.

Eating all the time, but that's kinda normal. With both being pregnant, plus nursing, I think I'm going to be taking in an awful lot of calories in the coming months. I like to tease DH that I'm eating for THREE! Well, I AM!

We had guests from Friday until this morning so I am completely wiped! DH couldn't contain himself and ended up telling them when we went out for a nice dinner. I wanted to order a wilted spinach salad (this was a really fancy restaurant, so I felt sure it would be safe, but DH didn't agree) and we argued a little. So he used that tiff as an excuse to spill the beans. His parents are visiting this weekend - I don't know how he's going to keep his mouth shut with them, but he'd better!

I'm queasy, but otherwise doing okay. I've been pretty crampy this morning, but I don't think I need to be worried. We did a lot of hiking, and I'm pretty out-of-shape, so I think my body's just complaining to me.

I am dealing with major nausea - I wake up in the middle of the night feeling sick, gag at the grocery store. It's really becoming bad! I did discover today that chocolate milkshakes help, so I think I'll be stocking up on ice cream!!

Wow, so many people are experiencing symptoms already! Yikes...I'm really hungry all the time, but that's it. So far. With my previous two pregnancies, the nausea started in around week 7...that would be next week. Ugh. I'm REALLY not looking forward to feeling queasy all day for the next 7 weeks.

I saw some of those Preggo pops at a local children's store and thought about getting a few, but then reality hit me - if I am sucking on a lollipop, you can be sure that my kids are going to want one too. I don't want them having lollipops all the time, so I guess that's out for me as well. Is there such thing as a healthy lollipop???

My nausea has kicked in. I almost lost it this morning when opening the fridge. My fridge isn't in a bad state, but I could smell the ketchup..Urggghhhh! W/ DD #1 I had hyperemesis and was on bedrest for 2 months, IVs and Zofran. Didn't feel better til week 20. DS was better. Only 8 weeks of hell. My last pregancy which ended in m/c at 12 weeks was 4 weeks of horrid nausea. I'm hoping this one won't be more than 4 weeks. I'm making my yogurt smoothie popsicles and my tea popcicles today so that I'll have something readily available that will be easy on the tummy. I haven't noticed any bump yet, but I still had some lower ab flab from DS. I was just trying in earnest to loose it when I found out I was preggo. Guess it will have to wait. Still haven't told the kids yet. I'm going to wait a couple of weeks.

Try Altoids. Mix it up between Ginger (if you can stand the taste) and the citrus sours. Keeping your blood sugar up between meals will help to curb the ickies.

I felt really nauseous this morning. I couldn't slice the roast chicken for my lunch, had to get DH to do it. I've also been getting the dizzy/spinning feeling I had in the early weeks with adelaide too. I'll be walking down the hall and then suddenly feel dizzy. It passes after a second.

So we told my family last night! YEAH. My mom said "Oh F*ck!" and then grabbed me and hugged me. It was sooo funny. My sister did a classic double take. It feels so good to have them know and for it to be out in the open. I'm still not telling my work for a while...although that might get more difficult with this little growing bump. You definitely show faster the second time I guess!

Mere: If you find healthy lollipops let me know!!!

it is so fun to tell family

my pants are already getting tight! i loaned all my maternity clothes to a friend so i'm going to have to get those back at some point in the next month or 2 i'm sure. thank god i can pooch out over my low rise pants til then

i am actually less nauseous than i was last week although it is still going in waves. i started the ACK toothbrushing gag reflex though in the last couple of days. ewwww.

the worst smell? car exhaust on really bad stinky tailpipe cars. ooooh gag me.

So far so good this week. Very, very minor nausea if I haven't eaten in a while, but that's normal for me. My stomach has always been very, very touchy. I'm hoping that, since I'm used to dealing with it, maybe it will be nice to me with this baby.

A new bit of fun for me, I keep finding my dh's hands on my belly. He's so happy about this pregnancy. He'll walk up behind me and rest his hands on my belly all the time. I don't think I've woke up once over the last couple of weeks without his hand on the belly. Good thing I like his touches! Lots and lots of smiles for the two of us.

Right now, we still haven't told anyone we actually know. I'm chatting with a few groups online, and he's had to tell one gentleman at a recruitment fair (no, I can't take that fantastic summer internship, I'll be a new dad) but no friends or family yet. I've got a doctor's apt. next Thursday so we'll see how we're both feeling at that point. As much as I was dying to tell everyone when I first found out, I'm really enjoying having this secret now.

yes, dealing with nausea too, and growing bump. my friends are really noticing the baby belly!

my daughter is beginning to ask people we run into if they "know our news?" and then she says "momma's pregnant". she is so excited to tell people. it was what she shared at kindergarten today!

i wish people were quicker to congratulate you on the fourth kid- they just kind of go "oh, wow"...nobody just hugs you and is excited for you! i'll probably never get over that, it just feels so wierd when we are so excited!
