I'm slowly making changes in hopes of resolving yeast issues, and the idea of coconut oil as an antifungal appeals to me immensely. As soon as I can get out to the store (DD is a month old, havent gone out in public yet, hehe) I'm planning on getting coconut milk so I can make yogurt with it. Question is, how much do I need to take in to get the benefits of coconut oil?
