I'm just editing this thread about the book. I'll be revising the manuscript later this year and it's due out in the summer of 2007. Thanks for the response. I'm still waiting on an email or two.

I plan on starting it in the next couple of days ... as soon as I'm done with The Miracle of Magnesium. I can't wait!

Thanks ladies. I'm sending it to you in a few minutes. I've been out all day and had about ten minutes of wireless access today. All the freebie places were down.

I missed you yesterday, mamamelia.

Thanks for the encouragement mamajessica.

Yay! I started reading it today and am in love already with it. I love your writing style Amanda - it's more like we are sitting and having coffee (organic, fair-trade, shade grown ) and very easy to read (which to me is a very good thing).

I read all of it (unless you added more?) and was very impressed. I'm looking forward to being able to buy it and see some recipes and things...I'd also like to see the charts you put in it.

At this point I think I've sent it to everyone save one or two who need to send me their email. If you're not one of those one or two and haven't heard from me, give me another nudge.

firefaery read the manuscript about six months ago. : I've added quite a bit of food data since that you might find interesting, firefaery.

Amanda, I could use that right about now. I'm starting to slip again...:
Not into depression, just into my usual pattern of wavering on the meat thing.

Awww. More eggs maybe?
Nope. New addition is egg free, soy free and dairy free. He also is appearing to react to corn and rice. Sigh.

Holy Cow. I didn't realize the eggs are out. You've got to get through this period. What about dried fish eggs? I'm not kidding myself on the ethical side of this, but they might be easier to eat than meat and they are a lot cheaper than caviar.

Have you posted pictures anywhere yet?:
I swear to you that I'm not kidding when I say I have no idea how! I do have pics now, my dh needs to help me. I could try emailing them to you, I bet he could talk me through that over the phone...: I'm pretty technologically impaired. :
