: Ok, stupid question maybe, but I've been vegetarian for close to 10 years now, dh for one, and ds from birth (however I'm not opposed to him eating meat when he's old enough to ask...any day now, I'm sure
). Would it be worth it for me to buy the Nourishing Traditions book when we don't eat meat? Are there many vegetable-based entrees or is there enough other valuable stuff to make up for all the meat recipes? Personally, I never enjoyed eating meat, that's why I don't BUT I really appreciate traditional foods. We do eat dairy and eggs. And I try to use as much unprocessed stuff as I can. I really believe in the ideals of a traditional diet...I think I'm looking for a happy medium (dh can't give up his Morninstar veggie nuggets). Sorry, I'm getting off topic. Thanks in advance!jiva
