What do I do? I am looking to expand my cooking repertoire. I would prefer a crockpot recipe (or just one for dummies) Thanks to anyone who can help!

I cook lamb legs and shank just like I cook my pot roasts, but with more sweet additions. Here's my basic lamb shank recipe:
I usually do all day on low or 5-6 hours on high and put in the following:
1/2 cup of liquid/liquidy stuff -- can be anything, broth, ACV, wine vinegar, stewed tomatoes, etc or a combination
Couple of bay leaves
Tsp of thyme
1/2 tsp of black pepper
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 to 1 onion
1 to 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
Carrots, turnips, or other root veggies
Salt to taste
A few prunes or raisins in it for a slightly sweet flavor, or a bit of honey
I really like kimchi as a side condiment to lamb. DH likes kefir or sour cream.

Thanks. I just looked at it while I was making the apple cobbler. I think I'll try it.
