I eat eggs and raw butter practically every day...would taking cod liver oil be too much vit. A and D? There is sooo much conflicting information out there and I am afraid I might do more harm than good taking CLO but am drawn to the supposed health benefits I've read in NT and online. Also, if I take CLO would using ground flax seed as well be too much omega 3? Can anyone relate to wanting to noursish yourself and your family but wanting to get on with the rest of your life as well? I feel like I will consumed with researching the latest nutritional new the rest of my life. Sorry for the rant
