does anyone take azomite?

Hi. I've been taking Dr. Ron's calc/mag mix which is relatively expensive and wanted to find something cheaper. I've been reading about azomite mineral powder in NT and on the web, but have found some conflicting information. I can't find anything on bioavailability. Can anyone suggest a brand? Any good links?

Thanks,

I think my WAPF chapter gets it from Frontier? Many in my group take it, but it's too much like dirt for me. Good dirt, but I haven't made my way there yet!

Thanks Yitlan for the honest review!

Anybody on this thread actually ingest this dirt?

No problem. It's not THAT bad. I keep thinking I should try again, but I just know that while I'm pregnant, it's not gonna happen! If you don't like it, I think it's often sold as a soil supplement, so you could still use it somewhere!
