Just got my supplies in the mail, and I am wondering if I need to prewash and/or predry my PUL and FOE. Thanks!

You don't need to prewash PUL -- the laminating process takes care of any shrinkage. Some mamas prewash FOE because it does shrink a bit.
After you finishe sewing, you should wash and dry on hot to close up any sewing holes in the PUL, and this gets rid of any dust etc you might have wanted to remove by prewashing.

I prewash PUL, but just for dust issues.

I boil FOE because I find that depending on where you buy it, it can shrink ALOT. At the very least, I would recommend washing FOE in hot water and drying on hot before using it.

I will definitely prewash & dry my FOE. Thanks for the advice!

Some day I'll post a picture of the first cover I made without prewashing/drying the FOE. It's really bad!
