So, did the "old" nickname(s) for your baby from before he/she was born stick? Or does he/she have a new nickname(s)?

Nate IS a nickname obviously. But he also goes by Sweetums, Super Smiles, Grunty, Nate-ster, and Mr. Cute. He stopped being called "Shrimp" pretty soon after birth.

Bones and Minnow gave way to Little Fellow, Little Monkey, & Preacher once he came out into the wide blue yonder.

Liam didn't have a nickname in utero. His nickname now is Mister baby.My dd usually calls him Lima (like the city, not the bean) instead of Liam.

Much to my dismay, DD's father started called her Weezie, and it's stuck even I call her that now! I think it's a terrible nickname.

I didn't give either a nickname in utero. I have to have some essence of a personality before a nickname will be given.

We also call her snorky snorkerson (she's always stuffy!) and bubbie (same nickname I used with DD#1).

Erin was Riboflavin or "Ribo" in utero (long story), but that hasn't been used since she was born. Sometimes we call her Monkey, Milky-breath or Grumpy... I started calling her Bubbles after she started blowing a lot of bubbles, but DH just mentioned that that sounds a little porn! ACK!

Still waiting for something to stick...

We called Louis "Little Bean" in utero. Now I call him "Little Man," "Chubby Thighs," "Handsome," and "Little Dude" (ds1 has been "Dude" since he was born). Dh, my parents, and my cousin all call him "Louie" which I am trying hard to not let bug me.

Charlotte is called Charlie for a nickname. In utero we called her Thing2 but now she's either Charlie or Chewey. I just use Thing2 when I talk about her online outside this due date club.

Cael didn't really have a nickname in utero . . . he was "baby" around here. But he's now called Peanut, Sweet Little Boy, Sweets, Bud/Buddie, Ed Snorten (he snorts just like ds1 did . . . we also called ds1 Ed Snorten), Little Dude, and Grumpy Puss. (But actually all my boys get called by these nicknames . . . except Ed Snorten. Cael's the only one snorting these days.)

Croissant did not stick unfortunately. Mainly I call her MY love or lil' Ri or Crabster or fussbudget or Mrs Pretty.

I have so many! But the ones I use the most are Stella Bella (good for impromptu silly songs), baby girl, little bean, wunderkin, and sweetie. There's a never ending supply!

Simon went by :future-baby!" while in belly, so that doesn't work anymore...

We use all sorts of cutsie nicknames, but I call him "houdini toes" because his feet escape from everything!
