LOL! well i'm having fun with it and have been sewing for a few years (though they're really not that hard if you have a good pattern! - I designed these ones).
I was able to explain to DH the benefits of cloth and he agreed to the cost of flannel fabric - i found a great deal on fabric and stocked up (clearance - and SOOO CUTE!). Since I have so much fabric to use for it, I've been going crazy making them.
I love that I'm bartering off a lot of these... Mostly becuase I know that it will be helping people and the environment... its hard to justify spending $100 or more on buying pre-made mama pads - I know dh would never go for that cost. I'm sure there are others who are in similar situations where that's just not financially possible... but often times people have skills or items that can be bartered, and then before you know it, they can make it a possibility
