What fabric would you use?

I am going to make some more very baby aio's and I have 2 yards of organic bamboo velour for the inner layer & soaker tops...what would be a good choice for the hidden inner layer(s) and soaker layers?

Any suggestions would be most helpful! Thanks!

Well, I think the bamboo velour would be good for all the layers but I'd want to save the yummy soft stuff for the layer directly against baby and put something less yummy and soft as the absorbant layers.....maybe some kind of hemp fabric or terry?

what about sherpa? Or just a few of flannel? I like hemp terry or even cotton terry inside.
