I was thinking of ordering some. I have never tried it before. What is the best scent and what all can you use it for?!

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I love lavender. We use it as a body wash, and a hand wash. We have also used it as a dishwashing soap (dishes done by hand), and in the laundry. I have tried it as a shampoo but didn't like it. I have also tried peppermint and liked that too but for a body wash it was a little too tingly in some places.
(sorry if that was TMI) I have also heard that you can use the peppermint as a toothpaste in a pinch.

I use the peppermint kind as a tooth soap (instead of toothpaste) and I also use it as a face wash. Both ways leave a nice, fresh, tingly-clean feeling.
I'd love to hear of other uses . . .

I clean tub, floors and toilet with it as well as diluted in a spray bottle for general cleaning. Lavender smells soooo clean!

I think it is amazing that it can be used for household cleaning as well as a body wash/toothpaste etc. How is it for laundry soap? Does it work pretty well? Do you dilute it or just pour it in as is?

I love the peppermint! I use it for toothpaste, dish soap (for hand washing), laundry (I pour a TINY bit (maybe a cap-ful in the washer along w/ a half scoop or so of baking soda & then fill the fabric softener dispenser w/ vinegar). If there's stuck on food or whatever on the counters/sink whatever I'll make a paste w/ bronners & baking soda. Most stuff wipes right up, if not I let the paste sit on it for a little while & THEN it wipes right up . . .
Personally I find it too drying for hair/body, but I really don't use any soap in the shower, so it may be just me.
