My new peanutshell baby pouch just arrived inthe mail!



I am so thrilled! I LOVE it! I've never had a peanutshell before, I have had a New Native Baby Carrier, and this is so much more AWESOME!! Now just to be able to try it on my new newborn . . . .

~COME ON OUT BABY!!! Tomorrow is our "due date"-- Mama's all ready for you! So you can come out now!~

So, what is your happy moment for today?

dh didn't think he'd be able to make it to my 39 week appt today (stupid work) but he can!

Yay for you! Just think, one of your last prenatals! Fun!

I am hoping I won't have to keep my prenatal appointment next Thursday! My due date is tomorrow . . .

I had such a relaxing visit with my cranial-sacral therapist. Those visits are what have gotten me through the backaches this last trimester...whew! Nice idea to share our happy moments We need to focus on those in these last days of pregnancy.

My happy moment is right now, after all day cooking! Do you believe I waited this long?!

Pork roast in the crock pot
Double pot of split pea soup
Double pot of creamy pumpkin-apple soup
Double batch of Chicken Adobo
...and chicken enchilada makings in the works for tomorrow

My sister-n-law and I are due the same week and the plan is to make as much food as we can and swap for variety. She's already given me hers so it was time for me to get busy!!

And I am so lucky my mom is in town!! She is out giving my toddler a stroller-nap and I am going to lie down on the couch!

(I'm due next week).
