Hey mamas,
I felt compelled to write this as our DDC seems to be winding down a bit...I just wanted to let all of you know how much it has meant to me having this kind of support in my life for the past 8 months. We have all shared such a special and intimate time in one another's lives and I am a better person for having known all of you. So, while I hope we will keep the Sept 2006 DDC active- I thought I would share my thoughts while they are on my mind

BTW does anyone know what happens next month when our DDC is gone? Are we just no longer going to have a board or do we move somewhere else?

Ooh- I didn't know our DDC gets shut down...I thought I saw DDCs from 1+ yrs ago active with threads like, " Our babies are one year old", etc...I hope it does stay live because it would be nice to get updates from people, i.e. when their next babies are coming LOL

I think some DDCs start a thread on "Life with a Babe". I hope we can stick together and watch all the incredible growth of our babies.

Oh, dear, our DDC goes away? I never thought of that... I still check in occasionally with the first ddc (yahoo) I was on with my son 4 years ago, it is so sweet to still hear/see about those babies and mommas. Anyway, I'll give a thanks and hugs to everyone here while I'm thinking of it, too, and will see you all around MDC!

This DDC has been one of the highlights of my days, pp and pregnant. I am sure we'll find a "home" somewhere else on the boards. I do feel kinda wistful these days as things wind down too.
