I haven't really had any probs like this yet. I have noticed when I am laying on my side for a while I will get like a pinched nerve feelings. Well last night my legs just ached. They are still achey. Anyone else????

Yeah - I do get some of those. I get the shooting pains in my leg when I walk too. It isn't so bad, but I am looking forward to getting past it!

I think the shooting pains are called Sciatica. Pretty sure it is from the way the baby is laying. As for the leg cramps... I think I read that if you up your calcium and H2O intake it may help!

I really need to start taking the calcium mag I have in the fridge. We buy it for my son as a supplement and I keep meaning to take some.

s on top of everything else... leg pains.... s that is rough.

I had charlie horses a lot earlier on but nothing recently. I think I'd scream if I had another "symptom" of preg. Hope the increased doses work for you!

Hugs! I too have been having pains like you described - when I walk and lay down...sigh...I noticed that eating a banan before bed seems to help - and tha calcium mag is helping too...I think the only thing that will help completely is having this baby! Hope you feel better soon!

I've never been a person to wake up to horrible leg cramps, until about a month or so ago. It's happened a couple of times...totally freaked DH out 'cause he thought I was crying out with labor pains. The past couple of weeks my legs have been really tight and crampy, and the whole pregnancy they've been swollen. I can't even wear tennis shoes because socks leave such a mark on my ankles I worry about cutting off circulation. I drink a ton of water, but stretching them out helps. The shooting pain from your hip/lower back down the back of the leg is sciatica.
