I am happy to say that today was day 4 without MS....woo-hoo. Today I ate pretty healthy, but I had a big bakery-made Choc-chip cookie and a bowl of Franken-berry cereal. That stuff is so yummy I may have a second bowl for dinner Or perhaps I'll move on to the box of Boo-berry...decisions, decisions...

too funny jiva

today's menu:
small bowl of go lean crunch/smart start (nutritional highlight of the day)
2 fried eggs w/ cheese on a roll
whole wheat bagel with cc and tomato
pb (organic - no sugar) & j (all fruit) on whole wheat (not terrible)
and then dinner was...drumroll...
2 bologna sandwiches on whole wheat w/ cheese and (baked) potato chips.
yikes.

and to all the 'dairy queens' out there - i drank a McD's chocolate milkshake every day for the last three months when i was pg with my son. and i loved each and every one....

Today was a particularly bad day for me. I started out pretty good, Kashi cereal, grapes, an apple, then I hit the brownies that I made for dh's b-day, I had a boca burger lasagna for lunch, more brownies, a frozen fruit bar from whole foods, more brownies, a cheeseburger and tater tots for dinner. Ugh and only like 1 1/2 glasses of h20! I better go have some more h20

Eaglevoice will give birth to a brownie.

mmmmmmm, samosas. I've been craving them off and on for a few weeks now and today I gave in. Today is hungry day. I have one or two days a week that I just feel like I'm STARVING!!! So I finished my lunch (except for me apple which I always eat on the way home) by 10:30am and was hungry again at 11:30. yum yum yum.

I vote for the Boo-berry.

It was Arby's day at work today. Mmm, the 5 for $5.95. Two sandwiches (one for the fridge), curly fries, shake, and turnover. Eat the turnover first, of course. Wow, that is not healthy, but it tastes good.

I am currently eating a salad like a good girl...of course, so I can justify my snowball or ice cream after the boys go to be Salad tastes really good though!!!

Thank god for fresh salad. I think it's the only healthy thing I've eaten this month.

You sound like me! Dh is taking ds out to get me some candy. Ds would prefer pretzels to candy any day, so really I'll be helping him eat it all...
I just bought a big bag of candy for handing out but I got stuff we would like "just in case" we don't have many kids show up. I have my eyes set on the Milk Duds...

mmm, I'm eating a raspberry frosted pop tart right now. Pop tarts were my biggest craving with dd. Dh remembered and bought some for me the other day, I didn't even ask him! How sweet.

That is sweet.
well, last night I ate a half piece of chicken (bleck), some insta mashed potatoes (my mixer is broke), mixed veggies and biscuits.
Then I begged dh for a pumpkin pie milkshake from jack in the box. It was heavenly..sooo heavenly

last night I had a a&W teen burger for supper. Then when I got home I made rootbeer floats, and then because dh took to long to get home from the store I ate his too : but I've made up for it today (kinda)
I ate two plates of veggie chicken stirfry with brown rice (that was dinner for everyone else last night) and now for lunch I"m having vegetable soup, from a can, but hey it says it has a full serving of veggies in it :

Yeah, tell yourself whatever you need to in order to sleep through the guilt!!

Anyone tried an eggnog latte yet this year? I just had one with some ginger spice syrup in it. Tasty, I have to tell you.

I forgot to get the slow cooker going today with split pea and ham soup in it... shoooooot. Dinner is now... mac n' cheese? Pizza? Ugh. I hate being a bimbo.

We buy only candy we love and I make a point of going out treating early so that I can be back and sort out all the crap I don't like and give it away first. (adios bubble gum, and mary janes, see ya later necco wafers, and pointless plain chocolate, bye bye too many tootsie rolls and lollies)
