Should I go? It's an hour from now.... If I go, should I wear an Intactivism T-shirt????

Whew! Just got back. Had to take Dante with me as DH is cramming for a CGA test. We couldn't stay for the whole thing but it was really good. Made sure to cruise around the theatre before the show on the pretense of looking for a friend to show off the t-shirt (Lactivist Intactivist: Breastfeeding for All, Circumcision for None) I wore. Also talked to the lady working to sell tickets as I was leaving with a very over-tired Dante (he missed his nap today - ugh!) and told her it was great to see what people in other parts of the world are doing to stop genital mutilation as that is something I work on doing here. She was kinda quiet at first and then said hesitantly, "Oh, I didn't realize that happened here"....and the rest is pretty standard intactivist intro chit-chat. I was glad to at least talk to one person about it.

One of the performers' music reminded me so SO much of one of the pieces on the Birth As We Know It DVD....I will have to watch the credits again to see if that was her, I think she's local - so maybe a good connection there.
