Help! I need pamphlets fast!

My best friends son is about to have his first son any day now and is planning to circ him because that's how daddy looks. I know they don't really have any info on this topic and I think that if they had some pamphlets it might really make a difference in the decision they make. I don't think they will seek out the info on their own and if I try talking to him he is likely to just dismiss me as "flaky aunt Heather" kwim? His wife is really young but seems to want to learn as much as possible, but she doesn't really know me so I think literature would carry more weight with her.
The issue is that the babe is due any second and they are in md while I am in co. I wanted to put together a whole package w/ The Baby Book, a sling, breatfeeding info, and no circ info but I need the no circ stuff asap as the clock is ticking and I have everything else. I've tried finding it locally but no luck. Can anyone help me?

Thanks! I will print those out and include them. Any thing available that is a little more umm...graphic?
This child will be born facing difficulties already as he will be born addicted to methadone (a long story, the mama is not a heroin addict but has chronic pain issues and steel rods in her back and pelvis which have shifted during pregnancy) and will have to be delivered via c-section. I would REALLY like to spare him any additional trauma if I could.

There are many links to pamphlets and articles suitable for handling out to parents at: www.coloradoNOCIRC.org/pamphlets.php

One of the best articles for people (like dads) who are most likely to respond to visuals rather than lots of text, is the article from Men's Health Magazine a number of years ago, called "Separated at Birth". There is a link for it at the above site.

BTW, you mentioned you're from Colorado... I'm with Colorado NOCIRC and live in Boulder. Where do you live? You can PM if you want info about our local group or want to get involved.

I'm in MD if you'd like me to drop something in the mail to them -- you could send them an email to let them know it's coming. I would definitely call them and bring up circ on the phone -- if you send them a package, it could get lost in the shuffle. I think being direct and not just trusting that they will read and comprehend something is crucial. Because you don't know what their particular hot button issues/misconceptions are until you ask.

I would also email them a link to a video and ask them to watch it.
