almost 11 months PP.. still no moon...

is this normal?

i was 6 or 7 months pp when i got it back with my son..and immediately had major baby lust..so im not compalining about that.

i dont have any plans to have more babies in the next few years and i dont really miss bleeding..but its been a LOOONG time and im wondering if my body is broken or something.
20 months without it and im starting to feel a bit worried/frustrated..especially because my sex drive is so low and i miss having one..and i know my dp does as well.. im nursing a big baby a LOT and at night and all day..

so.. how long can this last?

I got mine back at 15 months pp.

Mine came back at about 18months or so, and i think only then because ds started sleeping in his bed more at night and nursing less

I got a light one at 11mo pp. Skipped 12 mo. Started normal cycles at 13 mo pp.

With my son I got my first PPAF right before he turned a year. My DD is a bit over 11 mos and no sign yet.

Yep...it's okay. Got it back with #1 at 3 months PP...got it back with #2 at 11 months PP...seems to be linked to sleeping thru the night for me. With both of them, it was about 6 weeks after they started sleeping for 8 hrs at a stretch that AF came for her first visit.

Isn't the average return of fertility 14 mos PP? Or am I just making that up?

thank you for all of the replies! my son wasnt sleeping through the night at all by 7 months PP but i did have breastfeeding problems at first.. so maybe thats why.. maybe the hormones werent as strong as this time around.

i wont worry and ill cherish this time of simplicity

dd was 11 mos when af returned. then ds was 22 mos when af returned but I was ebf him and tandeming his sister.

funny enuff i woke up this morning and i was bleeding.. maybe i just thought myself into it.. but either way thank you all for your input. and now i wish i wasnt..im all crampy and sleepy..
