I am new to no vaccinating. Help!

This is new territory for me, but I am starting to lean towards no vaccinating. Although I am a little late, I am still faced with some decisions. I have a 14 year old son and a 2 year old daughter. Both have been vaccinated, but not completely. My 2 year old, obviously, did not complete all of them and I don't think I am going to. I am in the beginning stages of researching this. I homeschool, but my son takes a Biology class at a private school. He brought home a letter from them last week saying that he has not completed his rounds for Hepatitis B shots and he needs them. I really don't want to do this, but I am not sure why. I just know it doesn't feel right and it never has. I have no idea how to go about telling this school that I am not going to give him these shots. Do I have to write a letter stating why? Is there any legal action I need to take? I live in Missouri. Please help. I am completely clueless, but I feel scared that someone is telling me to do something to my children that I no longer want to do. I live a pretty "green" life. I buy as much organic food as the budget will allow, I use all natural body products and I make my own cleaning products. I am very careful not to let toxic junk into our bodyies, so why would I want a disease being shot into my children's bodies. I don't!

Exactly!

First of all to the vaccine forum. It is never too late to inform yourself of what is actually being injected into a healthy body.

First off to the Hep B vaccine. In France they are in the middle of a class action law suit because the French gov demanded that all teens be vaccinated with Hep B vaccine. Now they have 15,000 teens with MS. (Of course many kids had no reactions.)

You are right to start researching your options. There will be more and more added to the schedule. Big pharma is planning a vaccine for all humans from cradle to grave every step of the way.

Missouri: medical and religious exemptions. Good! We signed a religious exemption. You do not have to belong to any religion, nor do you have to give any particular religion, all you have to do is sign a religious exemption.

My grandson was vaccinated up to a certain point and we had filled in the rest ourselves, but since they want more and more vaccines each year, we decided to just use a religious exemption after all. You can do that. Anyone can 'find' religion any time in their life.

to the vaccine forums and to your new journey!!

Here is the pertinant section of your state statute:

§ 167.181. Immunization of pupils against certain diseases compulsory -- exceptions -- records -- to be at public expense, when -- fluoride treatments administered, when -- rulemaking authority, procedure
1. The department of health and senior services, after consultation with the department of elementary and secondary education, shall promulgate rules and regulations governing the immunization against poliomyelitis, rubella, rubeola, mumps, tetanus, pertussis, diphtheria, and hepatitis B, to be required of children attending public, private, parochial or parish schools. Such rules and regulations may modify the immunizations that are required of children in this subsection. The immunizations required and the manner and frequency of their administration shall conform to recognized standards of medical practice. The department of health and senior services shall supervise and secure the enforcement of the required immunization program.
2. It is unlawful for any student to attend school unless he has been immunized as required under the rules and regulations of the department of health and senior services, and can provide satisfactory evidence of such immunization; except that if he produces satisfactory evidence of having begun the process of immunization, he may continue to attend school as long as the immunization process is being accomplished in the prescribed manner. It is unlawful for any parent or guardian to refuse or neglect to have his child immunized as required by this section, unless the child is properly exempted.
3. This section shall not apply to any child if one parent or guardian objects in writing to his school administrator against the immunization of the child, because of religious beliefs or medical contraindications. In cases where any such objection is for reasons of medical contraindications, a statement from a duly licensed physician must also be provided to the school administrator.
