Dr Christopher's Hormonal Changease....Has anyone tried it? How did it work for you? I read that it was supposed to help restore AF postpartum. Does it really work? How about helping ease PMS symptoms? TIA

AF postpartum - Just means your period (Aunt Flo) after having a baby(postpartum). Just wondering if anyone has ideas about this. Thanks.
