I have to admit that I'm thrilled that my little girl will be a scorpio. I try not to read too much into signs, but I'm a pisces myself - so it will be nice to have another water sign in the family. DH is a libra, so we missed having a second one of those around My sister, who is my best friend in the world, is a scorpio - so I keep telling myself that me and my daughter will be close like that. Who knows? Anyway, just wanted to encourage all of us still waiting.

Honestly - after telling my family I was in labor and then having everything quit last night, I feel a little grumpy and discouraged today. Thanks for asking, though...I think the message board is a great place for me to go when I feel like this.

So funny because I am a libra, my husband is a pisces and we are going to now have a little scorpio too! We are excited, but my dh was hoping to have a libra. I just want my little baby with it's cute nose and toes!!!!

Mandi...my labor was sort of like that too. The night before I went into labor, I almost called my midwife becauseI was almost certain it this was it...but the next morning I lost my mucous plug and started early labor at 12:30ish that day.

I was like that 2 days before I had her. Maybe tomorrow is the day!!!

Thanks for the encouragement, girls. I didn't feel much of anything yesterday. Last night I had twinges of cntx, but nothing this morning. Oh well - like I said, maybe she only "works" on weekends.

From what I've heard, scorpios have tempers. However, they are also very loyal, affectionate types. They are the most sexual sign in the zodiac too hehehe (we'll need chastity belts for our daughters). I think all that sounds "intense". Like I said, my sister is one, and she is amazing. I had an ex-fiance that was one - he was/is an amazing man too (but he was greek, and a greek/scorpio temperment was too much for this little Texan to handle

Anyway, I try to think beyond the signs when I can so that my kiddos can be anything they want. It is tempting to read more about it, though.

this baby will be a little scorpio...and both my dp and i are scorpios....so we'll have one INTENSE household....looking forward to it though....life certainly will not be dull around our house....
