I have my baby!!!!

Thanks, I was just going to right a reply when i saw this. I actually have my baby now I didn't go into labor until about 46 hours after my water broke. Which is a weird story - I use to get the painless BH and I would time them after my water broke to see if they would turn into real contraxtions, but they didn't. So on Oct. 24 (Tuesday) night, I ignored them and went to sleep, then an unbelievable pain around my pubic hair area woke me up around 10/10:30pm and I ran to the bathroom and "emptied myself" (Vomitted my last meal and cleared my bowels). I then realized that this pain was comming very frequent, I started timing and they where ONLY 2 MINUTES APART . So I called the midwife and while on the phone I had like 2 contraxtions in about 5 minutes, so she said it sounds like I am in active labor and she will be right over. I went back to the bathroom and stayed there! When she came as she was setting up her things, I realized I have a pushy feeling (I didn't even realize it until she ask my husband if I am having that feeling - all I knew is that it was pain I never felt before). So then she set up the bathroom with chux pad and brought a birth stool - which was very useful (I used it and my husband used it) My poor husband said he felt like his hand was going numb. So I delivered in the bathroom around 12:30 Oct 25 - about 2 - 2 1/2 hours of labor!! I am glad that although it came on strong and I didn't have the 10 minutes of inbetween break that the delivery was fast and my baby is fine. HE (yes a Boy - didn't know the sex) weighed 7lbs 11oz. (I shorten the story a little because I need to go BF this little one.
